We are an independent, Member-owned co-operative formed in 1988 to provide energy products and services to our Members.
Membership is open to all stakeholders of the Ontario agricultural industry including farm operators, food processors, and goods & services providers to and supporters of the ag community. Previously there was a volume threshold to become a Member, but no longer!
Membership Means

- Regular updates and expert views on energy markets, trends and factors that may affect your business
- If profits are created, “patronage” is distributed to Members based on their business with the Co-op
We currently offer natural gas and electricity programs:
Natural Gas – consumer of 50,000 m3 can secure their natural gas commodity and transportation charges with us
Electricity – consumers of 150,000kWh / year or greater enjoy a Market Watcher program
